Reporting to the Head of Restaurants, the Beverage Trading Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the overall Beverage proposition and financial performance within the Restaurant Division.

About the Role

The Beverage Trading Manager will develop and execute annual Beverage Proposition Plans aligned with broader strategic objectives, monitoring performance against key indicators, and generating accurate commercial forecasts. Through effective Category Management strategies, you will optimize margins, minimize costs, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure long-term mutual benefits. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Retail Buying Managers, they drive commercial partnerships and deliver compelling propositions.

Additionally, you will provide regular reports and business plans, oversee category management for efficient stock turnover, and mitigate depreciation. This role requires a keen focus on strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and fostering collaborative relationships to achieve organizational goals effectively.

You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Category Management, New Product Development (NPD), and Operations within the beverage industry. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving commercial success, you excel in delivering compelling propositions and fostering collaborative partnerships.
