The 25 Most Popular Recipes of 2019. (1)

As crazy as it is to all of us, the year is coming to an end. And even more crazy? We’re coming to the end of a decade. I realize that just about everyone is saying this right now, but time goes so quickly. You blink and the year is over, especially this year. It’s been one for the books and I’m so grateful and happy to say that 2019 has been one of my happiest (and also hardest) years of my life. So many incredible milestones were reached this year. And so much of the success that HBH has seen is all thanks to you guys! I know I sound so cheesy saying this, but thank you all so much for being the most kind, supportive, and amazing community. You all truly feel like family to me!

So today I’m sharing the top most popular recipes of 2019. This year’s recipes have been my favorite. This was the year that I really embraced keeping things SUPER SIMPLE, but somehow managed to keep them flavorful and colorful too. It’s been a challenge, but one that kept me thinking outside the box. Thankfully, you’ve all seemed to truly enjoy these recipes!!

The theme I’ve been seeing over the past year has been a love for the cozy vegetarian recipes. Dishes with mushrooms, garlic butter, onions, and cheese are always popular. This year’s better than takeout style recipes are tried and true weeknight favorites. And meatballs…which was shocking to me…were another favorite enjoyed by so many.

Oh! And sweetbreads, so many of you seem to really LOVE them, especially banana…and pumpkin too.

Here are the 25 most popular recipes from 25 to 1…

Question: What was your personal favorite? Dying to know if it made this list? Or is your 2019 favorite from the HBH Super Simple cookbook? What recipes would love to see most in 2020? Please do let me know!
