In the movie Reese Witherstone plays a foolish blonde who desperately wants to be taken seriously. I thought Legally Blonde was just going to be an old fashioned cringy movie that I wouldn't enjoy. However i was very wrong Legally Blonde Is a great movie and definitely one of my new favoritesThe Movie is set at Harvard University. The main character in the movie is Elle Woods who is played by (Reese Witherspoon). Elle woods is a very loyal and honest person, who throughout the movie tries to win back her ex-boyfriend Warner (played by Mathew Davis) by getting into the same law school as him at Harvard, in the process of her doing this she encounters many challenges about the label blondes have and successfully becomes a lawyer.The plot in the movie is very easy to follow and understand. The movie is also very believable and well acted. The suspense is definitely maintained throughout the movie. However it was a bit predictable on what was going to happen next.All of the actors in the movie really made their characters come to life and were fantastic. Their facial expressions, movements and dramatic speech really entertains the audience. The cast has definitely been well picked and done an amazing job at making this movie believable. Reese Witherspoon really made us feel sympathy towards Elle Woods and also made the humor of the movie fantastic. A very popular scene from Legally blonde is the bend and snap. In this scene Elle Woods is at the salon and is teaching her manicurist Paulette (Jenifer Coolidge) how to flirt. The bend and snap then took off and became an iconic move. It is scenes like these where the actors really make the movie come to life.The director has done a great job on this film. The pace of the movie is just right, it doesn't go too fast or take too long to get into it. There is great use of color in the movie as well as camera angles. At the start of the movie there is use of music and it really helps set the scene and tell you what the movie is about. The costumes and props used in the movie are absolutely amazing and really help establish the characters and tell us who they are.In my opinion Legally Blonde is a great movie and definitely worthwhile. It has so many good points it would be hard to name them all. Elle Woods is a great role model for young women. She encourages women to never underestimate themselves or change themselves for someone else. There is nothing not to like about this movie or to fault. The targeted audience for this movie would be young women. I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone who hasn't seen it as it is worth your time and I guarantee it will become one of your favorite movies. I would rate this movie five stars out of five because this movie is one of the best movies out there. In conclusion Legally Blonde is a great movie and you won't regret watching it.

If your kid already knows most love stuff and you're fine with them knowing that, then this is a great movie for them to watch! Any kid younger than 10 would probably be too young for this movie. This movie has a great message - don't change yourself for someone else! The only reason I didn't give this movie 5 stars was because it was just not my favorite movie - it was a little too squealy for me!

This movie is amazing, one of my favorites but there are few things to watch out for younger kids. Most of the stuff will just go over their heads but the professor does hit on a student, they talk about sperm donations in the classroom and the words “sexual relations” come up in the court room. There is also talk of murder and there are swears. Overall this is a great movie though! My nine year old sister was able to watch it and loved it!!

I think it depends on your kid, but if they are mature enough and mostly know about sex in general then they could watch it at a young age. If you do not want to tell your kids these things till they are older then I recommend 13/14. Great comedy movie overall.

I really like how Elle's character is girly and fun but is not a villan. I watched this video on hollywoods demonisation of ultra femininity, and legally blonde is the perfect example of a film that conquers this. Yes it is silly and a bit of a stretch when it comes to the logistics of what a real harvard law student would be able to do, but it's a super important movie. Elle's ambition inspired me to balance having a feminine personality and still being studious, and could really help send the same message to other 10 year olds. This is such a fun film!

Brilliant but foulmouthed rom-com with typical girly girl stereotypes.

It's a very cute, loveable, and funny movie. The characters are likeable and there are positive messages like staying true to oneself. Would be good for a sleepover or something to watch with mom. There are some sexual references but most of them will go over younger kids' heads.

Legally Blonde is a great and funny movie. I was suggest watching it with an older kid as their are some inappropriate scenes and messages. But other than that, this is a really great movie!
